Established in early 2007, Callander Construction Ltd is based in Pukekohe and provides residential and commercial building and construction services to the wider South Auckland and North Waikato regions.
Because we are a small local company we offer a more personalised approach to our clients. We offer quality builders, job opportunities and, by sourcing and buying from local suppliers, we help strengthen our local community and economy.
Callander Construction Ltd specialises in providing quality workmanship. We deliver highly personalised projects cost effectively with a great customer experience.
In addition, by working with our community, we offer work experience for our local students to help provide insight into the building industry for the next generation.
We also offer apprenticeships to those who show potential as part of our team.

Callander Construction Ltd have made their name from the exceptional quality that their expert team put into each and every job.
Many of the local Pukekohe commercial buildings have been built or renovated under Shane's direction.
While the award winning renovation of the Tuakau Hotel was a highlight for builders and owners alike, there are many more recent projects that reiterate the exceptional skill and knowledge that goes into commercial builds.
More recent examples can be seen in the clean, simple lines of the new Harcourts offices through to amazing upgrade to a Pukekohe stalwart The Monarch Cafe after a devastating fire late 2023.
